Tanesha Manigo-Brown is a N.A.H.A. Certified Aromatherapist and Mindful Movement Specialist with Pilates, Group Fitness and Mindfulness Meditation certifications. She offers alternative care practices to bring awareness to internal functions of the body rather than solely focusing on outward appearances only. Her goal for each client is to focus their attention on balancing emotions while relieving physical stress. She has facilitated physical and emotional healing therapies through classes, workshops, seminars, and retreats for the past eight years and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in General Psychology, emphasizing Performance Psychology.
