Refund policy

We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. We are happy to issue refunds within 14 days of purchase and honor exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items.  We appreciate your business.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Aromatherapy Bar Kits such as our Bespoke Organic Aroma Bar Activation Kit, are custom made and therefore NON-REFUNDABLE.  

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact team@scentonomy.com or 347-674-3638.
