Do I need to take the quiz?
Taking the quiz is highly encouraged. The result will be used in determining a personalized wellness prescription for you, all based on your wellness needs and scent profile.
What happens after I complete the quiz?
Once you've completed the quiz, Scentonomy will compute a formula using its data driven algorithm to give you a personalized wellness
prescription based on your wellness needs and scent profile.
I made a mistake, can I change my answer?
Yes! The more accurate your asnwers are, the more precise your blend will be. Go ahead and change your answer if you got them wrong.
Do I need to retake the quiz before each order?
You may retake the quiz if you experience any significant changes in your mood or how you feel. Theses changes may be necessary in curating your blend.
Are your products organic and natural?
Yes, we use organic ingredients.
I'm pregnant, are these products safe to us?
Our products are formulated with organic and therapeutic grade pure essential oils then infused in organic carrier oils. We work with a 1-2% dilution rate. We recommend consulting with your physician prior to ordering our aromatherapy products.
How can I determine which blend is right for me?

What is the Inhalation Kit?
The kit is a roll-on with scent strips for you to waft in front of your nose to smell and inhale. We offer inhalation for those who prefer not to apply essential oil products to their skin.
Where can I find the ingredients for your aromatherapy products?
You may find the ingredients for our essential oil blends on the product page description, and the core ingredients on the drop down menu below the description.
How do you monitor COVID? Am I safe if I avail of your wellness program?
All our practitioners have been vaccinated and we have safety protocols in place. We also make sure that our practitioners wear the proper required PPE.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping time may vary depending on your location. After checking out, processing will take up to 3 - 10 days due to the custom curation of your blend.
How can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email regrading the details of tracking your order. All order may be tracked through ROUTE.
Do you accept insurance for the wellness modalities?
This is a case to case basis. We recommend that you cotanct your insurance provider and check with the practitioner.
Returns & Exchange
Can I cancel/change/return my order?
Due to the category of our product and the current state of our global environment as well as our effort to minimize fuel use, we are only able to issue store credits and gift certificates within 21 days of delivery for any purchase you are not satisfied with.
