Free Domestic Shipping We offer free shipping on all domestic US orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of placement. Some popular items may be in production, which can affect processing time. Please note that the Bespoke Aroma Bar Kit has an extended production and processing time of 10–12 business days.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times We ship via USPS (First Class, Parcel Ground, and Priority) and UPS. Domestic delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and your local processing center's status.

International Shipping International orders, including the Bespoke Aroma Bar Kit, may take 18–21 days for delivery. International shipping rates and availability vary by destination.
