Authorized Use & Brand Guidelines

Custom Experience | Non-Refundable After Processing

Each Bespoke Aroma Bar | Self-Guided Experience is curated and prepared specifically for the purchaser's selected guest capacity and event needs, custom orders are non-refundable once processing has begun.

Each shipment includes a complete Contents & Inventory List identifying the materials included in your experience. Upon delivery, we strongly recommend that customers promptly cross-reference the list with the contents of their shipment to confirm that all items have been received.

If you identify a discrepancy, please contact our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of delivery and, whenever possible, before the scheduled event date.

Use of SCENTONOMY Materials

To preserve the quality, safety, consistency, and integrity of the SCENTONOMY experience, purchasers must use only the SCENTONOMY-provided ingredients, materials, labels, educational content, and formulation components when presenting the Aroma Bar under the SCENTONOMY brand.

Purchasers may not:

Substitute or alter SCENTONOMY-provided ingredients or formulations.
Reverse engineer, reproduce, or modify SCENTONOMY formulations.
Combine SCENTONOMY ingredients or formulation components with third-party ingredients while representing the resulting product as a SCENTONOMY formulation.
Repackage, relabel, or modify SCENTONOMY products or materials without written authorization.
Refills & Continued Use

Once the original SCENTONOMY-provided ingredients have been depleted, purchasers who wish to continue presenting the Aroma Bar under the SCENTONOMY brand must purchase official SCENTONOMY refills or replacement materials directly from SCENTONOMY.

Use of Third-Party Ingredients

If a purchaser chooses to introduce third-party ingredients into an Aroma Bar experience, SCENTONOMY branding may no longer be used in connection with those ingredients or the resulting formulations. All SCENTONOMY logos, labels, branded materials, and representations must be removed from the portion of the experience incorporating third-party ingredients.

SCENTONOMY reserves the right to protect the integrity of its formulations, educational materials, branding, and guest experience. Unauthorized modification, reproduction, or representation of third-party formulations as SCENTONOMY products is prohibited.

Branding & Customization

SCENTONOMY may provide customized menus, educational materials, and other guest-facing assets incorporating the purchaser's approved logo or brand identity. Such customization is provided solely for use in connection with the authorized SCENTONOMY experience and does not transfer ownership of SCENTONOMY's intellectual property, formulations, educational content, trademarks, or proprietary materials.

A menu of certified organic essential oils and organic carrier oil.
All essential oils are pre-blended with organic fractionated coconut oil for skin safety.
Organic Citrus, Woods, Florals, Spices and Herbs.
Menus are subject to changed according to season.
